The Alltech Craft Brews and Food Fair 2015

Yet again the Alltech Brewing and Distilling Annual Fair rolled into Dublin town on the weekend of 27th February to 1st March this year. For the third year in a row the event drew an eclectic mix of craft brewers and distillers, consumers and foodies all into the one venue, the iconic Irish National Convention Centre in the trendy Docklands area of Dublin. The second ACSA Distillers Convention and Vendors Trade Exhibition in Austin, Texas

The second gathering of members of the American Craft Spirits Association (ACSA) promised to be the largest gathering of licensed craft spirits producers in the US. With an associated trade show, training classes, technical and trade presentations as well as a gala awards dinner for announcing results of their Second Annual Craft Spirits Competition, The ACDA have certainly been busy since their inaugural convention in Denver in 2014.

SIBA’s BeerX 2015

For the second year running the Society of Independent Brewers (SIBA) held their BeerX event at iceSheffield just outside the city centre. With warmer feet this year courtesy of double layered flooring over the ice rinks, the only things refreshingly cold were the award winning beers available to try!
