Wasser aus der Nordsee - The first whisky from Germany’s most northerly distillery

The Dolleruper Destille is the most northerly distillery in Germany and is located in the small village of Dollerup, not far from the Baltic coast. It was built in 2003 by the owner Manfred Weyrauch who had previously been producing apple juice for 15 years. The distillery is well known for its many good-quality products, particularly a barrelmatured apple distillate, which it calls ‘Dolvados’ (that is Calvados from Dollerup).
