Utilities fit for tomorrow: Making the most of resources and energy
By: Eric Candy
01/04/2012
The brewing and distilling industries are heavily dependent on utilities support. This occurs through water, energy and process gas requirements. Utilities need to be viewed in the light of diminishing resources and increasing costs. The challenge is to take a holistic view of the different energy and resource requirements and to optimise their use.
