Katie Jessup on why she loves being part of the brewing and distilling industry

“Hi I’m Katie, a Master Brewer working for Asahi Beverages in Australia, and a tutor for the General Certificate of Brewing Set for Success program. How lucky am I, to work in an industry where there is such great opportunities for further education. I truly believe that good technical education produces better brewers; better brewers produce better beers; which ultimately leads to a better experience for our consumers (including myself).
