Foundation
The Foundation qualifications are aimed at future brewing and distilling professionals with little or no prior technical knowledge. They are an excellent introduction to the world of professional brewing or distilling. Those supplying raw materials or technical services to these industries could also benefit, because the knowledge gained from the course will enable you to better understand the needs of industry professionals and to speak their language.

General Certificate
The General Certificate provides essential knowledge of the science, technology and best practice relating to brewing, distilling, malting, cider making or packaging. If you are a professional who has never studied the science aspects of your field before, then taking the General Certificate is the right step for you to progress in your career.
