Jon Seltin, Head Brewer will introduce us to Brick Lane Brewing followed by Phil Rutjens, Victorian Sales Manager at Hop Products Australia with an update on the 2024 Australian Hop harvest. There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end.

Speakers:

• Jon Seltin is the Head Brewer at Brick Lane Brewing. Jon oversees all brewing and packaging operations and played a key role from Brick Lane’s setup and commissioning, process and product design.
• Phil Rutjens loves the creative side of brewing, and is always eager to get new hops into the hands of brewers. He has more than 15 years experience in the craft beer industry, from Brewery Operations Manager at Urban Alley Brewery to Brewery Manager at Southern Bay Brewery. Phil has experience in optimising the brewing and packaging process, coordinating and forecasting stock requirements, and maintaining internal and external industry relationships.
