Sustainability: Small Scale CO2 Capture in Practice

Join the IBD Southern Section at an exciting event at Gadd's Brewery on Thursday, 9 March 2023. The evening will start with a welcome beer and a brief presentation from Eddie Gadd, founder and head brewer at Gadd’s, about small-scale Co2 capture (why, how, how much). Then small groups will be invited to tour the brewery, capture unit and storage vessels.

This will be followed by some food and beer. 

This event aligns with the UK Southern Section's focus on Sustainability in Brewing, helping brewers to embrace technology in order to reduce operational costs, improve efficiency and work towards net zero.
