This is a fantastic opportunity to take a practical deep dive into the origin of many of the key flavours we find and love in beer.

The seminar will involve a mixture of presentations, discussion and sensory evaluation of hops and beers.

4 experts in their field will guide you through the world of beer flavour including practical tips on how to ensure your brewery is equipped with the skills to evaluate its own products.

The afternoon will be dedicated to a practical session with a ‘hands on’ evaluation of hops, and an opportunity to taste beer spiked with some key flavour notes.
