Scottish Section Annual Dinner

The three-times postponed 2020 Dinner will now be held at the EICC in Edinburgh on Friday 29^th October 2021 and will be a great opportunity to meet up with friends again, to network and to enjoy good company in a world-class venue.

During the evening, awards will be made to the successful candidates in the IBD Examinations and we hope that as many as possible will be able to attend.

Complimentary beer and spirits will be available as a celebration of the produce of our member companies.

Please note there is no accommodation at the EICC, but there are a number of hotels locally with a wide range of prices and facilities.

During the Dinner, a raffle will be held as detailed below:

The format of the Raffle is that envelopes will be placed on the tables (two per place, plus more in the table centre). Diners will be asked to put a minimum £5 in notes (NO COINS PLEASE) in each envelope they wish to enter into the Raffle and write their name and Table No. on each envelope. From the proceeds of the Raffle a donation will be made to a charity of the Chairman’s choosing.

The filled envelopes will be the Raffle tickets. So diners, please bring a supply of £5 notes, or larger denominations, with you!!

Ticket price: £80 per person (incl. VAT)

A discounted ticket price of £45 (incl VAT) is available for IBD Student Members and Retired members of the IBD.
