The APAC Section invites members and guests to the latest South Australian regional meeting taking place at Shapeshifter Brewing.

Hear from Brooke Dilmetz, University of SA PhD Candidate, presenting her research study of "The Influence of propagation time on yeast physiology during bottle conditioning".

This will be followed by the HPA 2023 Hop Crop Report presented by Brad Nolen (HPA Sales WA/SA/NT)

A light dinner will be supplied by Taco Cartel along with Shapeshifter Beers with plant tours later in the evening.

Please wear closed shoes for the brewery tours.
