Non Alcoholic Beer from Three Perspectives!

Learn all about Non Alcoholic Beer production from the perspective of a brewer, yeast supplier (CHR Hansen) and beer judge (Tina Panoutsos, Associate Director – Beer Knowledge, Carlton & United Breweries).

Firstly, hear from a local brewer about their experience of bringing a non-alcoholic beer into their portfolio.

Then Simon Carlson, Principal Application Specialist, Fermented Beverages at CHR Hansen will explain the features and practical use of their new yeast strains for NA beer.

And finally, AIBA and BGNZ Chief Judge, Tina Panoutsos, will run a short tasting and talk about how to approach the NA category.

A light lunch will be provided after the session.
