This is a fantastic opportunity to have a full site visit of modern maltings, from barley intake through the whole spectrum of malting to outloading to customers.
Additionally, there will be a close look at barley and grain procurement and how this meets modern brewing and distilling needs, with the ever-changing climate and sustainability challenges facing us all. An ideal event for anyone wishing to further their career in brewing and distilling.
This FREE technical event will provide an overview of barley supply chain including barley seed department and the Fertilizer blending plant. Plus, a full tour of the Steep house, Germination/Kilning, Vessels, Germination Drums, Wastewater Treatment Plant, Peating Plant, Control Room & Out loading, Intake and Barley Storage Laboratory.
