Tom Mellor
Tom holds a BSC (Hons) in Agriculture for London University.
Tom is an entrepreneurial third-generation farmer always looking for ways to improve the farm income and bring business into the local community, setting up the award-winning Wold Top Brewery and Agricola Bottling Ltd in 2003.
Together with David Thompson, they are producing a sustainable world-class world whisky.
Tom was an early advocate of wind power in the 90s and sustainability has been always a natural and positive by-product of their progressive approach to farming, brewing and distilling with the main focus on three specific areas: the farm, the stills and the people.
